Our commitment

CBN has developed this Donor Privacy Policy to assure donors that donor information will not be sold, rented, or leased to any third party. Donor information will only be shared where necessary to process donations, issue receipts, maintain donor records, comply with legal, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations, or further the ministry, educational, and/or charitable activities and purposes of CBN.

Information collected

CBN collects and maintains donor information including contact information such as name, phone number, and email address; information concerning how you heard about CBN; information you choose to share such as questions, comments, suggestions, personal testimonies, and prayer requests; requests to receive periodic updates, fundraising appeals, prayer concerns, or newsletters; and donation history.

How information is used

CBN uses donor information to understand your needs and provide better service. Specifically, we use your information to help complete transactions, issue receipts, maintain donor records, communicate back to you, and update you on ministry happenings. Comments offered by donors are used to provide requested information and to improve communication.

No sharing of personal information

CBN will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to other organizations. We take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of donor information and will only use or disclose such information in accordance with this Donor Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Use of donor information will be limited to the purposes described in this Donor Privacy Policy and only to further the ministry, educational, and/or charitable activities and purposes of CBN.
