Copyright infringement complaints

The CBN website may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and sponsors. Links do not constitute endorsement by CBN, and CBN disclaims responsibility for third-party content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The CBN website, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information made available on or accessed through the website, is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim warranties, including non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Choice of law and miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for disputes arising out of or connected with this Agreement, the CBN website, or its use.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between CBN and you regarding use of the CBN website and supersedes prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements. Headings are for reference only. If any provision is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
